Valenzuela City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (VCDRRMO) focuses on providing rescue assistance to its residents during calamities and emergencies.

A group of volunteers paddles rapidly with the hope to aquire a good score. Those teams who joined will be able to share experience and knowledge with other individuals. The team with the highest score will be awarded after the event and certificate for their training.
